FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Common questions about our training, schedules, and what to expect. Can't find your answer? Contact us.

Do I need experience to start?

No. Our group classes and intro sessions are for all levels. Beginners work on basics — stance, movement, simple combinations — while more experienced members do the same drills at a higher intensity. Coaches adapt exercises so everyone gets a good session.

What should I bring to my first class?

Wear comfortable sports clothes and trainers. We have gloves and other gear you can use at the gym. If you train regularly, we can advise what to buy (gloves, hand wraps, etc.) so you have your own kit.

How often should I train?

It depends on your goals and schedule. Many members train 2–3 times a week and see clear progress. If you're preparing for a fight or want to improve quickly, 4+ sessions a week is common. Start at a pace you can keep consistent.

What's the difference between group classes and personal sessions?

Group classes are fixed-schedule sessions with pads, bags, and conditioning — you train with others and follow the coach's plan. Personal sessions are one-on-one with a coach, tailored to your level and goals (technique, fitness, or competition). Both are included in our programs; you can mix them.

How do I book or try a class?

Contact us by phone or email. We'll confirm the next suitable class or slot for a free trial. No long-term commitment — you can join for a single session or sign up for a membership after you've tried the gym.
